ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Director, visionary at heart and a storyteller by nature, to shape and drive our creative marketing strategy. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the creative direction for our portfolio, helping to shape the creative vision for each game in our portfolio while reaching millions of players worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and deep creative expertise, with a strong experience with mobile games and performance-driven marketing. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to align each game’s creative direction with our marketing strategy, ensuring performance focused creatives across all channels. You’ll lead a high-performing team in producing outstanding marketing assets across multiple channels, creating compelling experiences that elevate our games and drive engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead creative vision and strategy at the portfolio level, overseeing creative direction for all games and challenging marketing guidelines, prioritization, and execution standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of creatives, inspiring high-quality and high-performing assets across UA and ASO.
  • Drive portfolio-wide creative testing strategies, leveraging data to guide learnings that will direct new concepts, iterations, and high-impact creative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, UA managers, and other stakeholders to ensure strong marketing performance, aligning creative outputs with broader business and performance goals.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor strategies, continually enhancing our creative approach to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster innovation by exploring new creative technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards of quality, visual appeal, and audience resonance.
  • Make it happen: whether by engaging the broader team, jumping in yourself or collaborating with partners, you ensure that creative vision comes to life.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record in mobile game marketing and creative production.
  • Strong understanding of key mobile marketing metrics, including IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, and ROAS, with a data-driven approach to creative strategy.
  • Experience in managing creative teams, with excellent leadership and mentoring skills that inspire creativity and innovation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management software, and UA dashboards to drive performance insights and execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and storytelling skills in English.
  • A strong passion for gaming and deep understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Experience in cross-functional team environments, with an ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
